Growing Your Pharmacies Impact

Our Mission

Ask the Telepharmacist was designed to help support pharmacies embracing the telepharmacy model to increase their ability to serve their communities.

Our experience-based consulting, training, and implementation help emerging pharmacies create and scale innovative telepharmacy systems and creative delivery methods to reach more people and save more lives.

In addition to supporting the development of more community-focused telepharmacy services, we are advocates for the education and comprehensive understanding of how telepharmacy works.

In 2020, the world stood still as the COVID-19 pandemic forced the world to shut down. Despite the chaos of the time, one group of people could not stop. If we did not know it before then, we realized how essential they were to help the world navigate the ever-changing landscape.

Critical to that time was the need for a pharmacist to be readily available to counsel and connect with clients so that they could receive the medication and vaccines necessary to make it through.
